To help this project plan its future direction, as well as give guidance to others it is hoped that people with disabilities and others with a similar interest will enter their holiday experiences or future desires in the response box.
Alternatively, you can submit a holiday review. In return for submitting information, or a holiday review, this could give you the opportunity to win a weekend break for two at one of the hotels supporting the project.
The hotels are located throughout the UK and depending on choice are suitable for able bodied or disabled guests. Hopefully, this will reflect a wide cross-section of respondents. The hotels are as follows:

The winner of the holiday Draw for 2002 was Carol Webb of Woodhall Spa who chose a weekend break for 2 at the Churchill Inter-Continental, London.

The new Draw will be randomly selected on 15/12/2004 and be subject to availability at the establishment chosen. It is also hoped, that all the information will be collated, by a college or similar establishment dealing with information technology, tourism or hospitality. As part of the survey your details may therefore be forwarded to other suitable organisations, which may wish to write to you. If you prefer this not to happen please tick the box below.
